SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1–7 business days following confirmation of successful payment. Orders placed on weekends, Thai public holidays, or national observances will be processed on the next available business day. Memoirita reserves the right to extend processing times during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, without prior notice.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (THAILAND)

Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders delivered within Thailand. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the recipient's location and the carrier utilised at the time of shipment. Memoirita does not guarantee the use of any specific carrier and reserves the sole right to select the most appropriate courier service for each shipment at our discretion.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

3.1 Shipping Options

Memoirita offers the following international shipping services:

Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery within 7–30 business days from the date of dispatch
Express Shipping — Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch

All estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference purposes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, distance, destination country, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, import regulations, carrier operational conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Memoirita shall not be held liable for any delays arising from such factors.

3.2 Carriers

International shipments are dispatched via trusted international courier services including, but not limited to, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Thailand Post. The carrier used for each shipment is selected at our sole discretion based on availability, destination, and operational suitability at the time of dispatch. All international shipments include a tracking number, which will be communicated to the customer via the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

3.3 Shipping Fees

International shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination country, and the shipping method selected by the customer. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed in full prior to order confirmation.

4. DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID (DDU) & DELIVERY DUTY PAID (DDP)

Memoirita offers two international delivery terms. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate option at checkout.

4.1 Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Under DDU terms, the shipping fee covers transportation costs only. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, tariffs, or other governmental charges applicable in the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are levied by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely outside Memoirita's control. We strongly recommend that customers consult their local customs authority or tax adviser prior to placing an order to understand any applicable charges.

4.2 Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

Under DDP terms, an estimate of applicable import duties and taxes for the destination country is included in the total amount displayed at checkout. Under this arrangement, no additional customs payments should be required upon delivery. However, please note the following:

Duty and tax estimates are calculated based on available information and may not reflect the final amount assessed by customs authorities.
In the event of a return, exchange, or refund of any kind, pre-paid duties and taxes are strictly non-refundable.
Memoirita shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between estimated and actual duty or tax amounts.

4.3 General Tax & Customs Disclaimer

Applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees vary depending on the product type, materials, declared value, destination country, and local import regulations. Memoirita is unable to predict, calculate, or control such charges. Customers are solely responsible for all costs associated with customs clearance in their respective countries. Any delays arising from customs inspection or clearance procedures are outside Memoirita's control, and we shall bear no liability in connection therewith.

In the event that a shipment is refused, rejected, or unclaimed by the recipient due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes, or for any other reason attributable to the customer, no refund will be issued for the original order. Should the customer wish for the order to be re-dispatched, applicable re-shipping fees shall be borne entirely by the customer.

In the event that goods are prohibited from being imported into the customer's country of residence or delivery destination due to local laws, regulations, or customs restrictions, Memoirita will endeavour to contact the customer to explore available alternatives. The final decision in all such cases rests solely with Memoirita.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. Memoirita shall not be held liable for failed deliveries, returned shipments, or loss of goods resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

In the event of a failed delivery due to an inaccurate address, customers may be required to bear the cost of re-delivery. Memoirita will not issue a refund in such circumstances.

6. LOSS, DAMAGE & LIABILITY POST-DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the designated carrier. Memoirita shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after the point of dispatch, including but not limited to events attributable to natural disasters, force majeure, carrier mishandling, or customs detention.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Memoirita will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in locating missing shipments, liaising with the relevant carrier, or initiating a claim on the customer's behalf where applicable. Such assistance is provided in good faith and does not constitute acceptance of liability.

7. RESTRICTED SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Memoirita reserves the right to restrict or decline shipments to certain destinations at our sole discretion, including but not limited to regions subject to international trade sanctions, carrier service limitations, or legal restrictions applicable under Thai law or international regulations.
